Jesus' Heart for Children

Course Description

The center of any effective ministry to children is an understanding and embodying of God's heart for children. In this course, Jesus’ Heart for Children, you will explore the needs of children in the world today. Those needs create a framework through which you will look at several Scriptural principles that describe God’s heart for children, including Jesus’ teachings and actions toward children. You also will discover several essential elements that will help you strengthen your ministry with children. The course also will give you an opportunity to reflect on the condition of your own heart for children.

This course is part of a collection of courses on basic children’s ministry, called “TWELVE,” developed by the 1for50 movement.

Presenter: Kimberle Fowle, USA

Kimberle serves with ACTION International Ministries and is the former Director of Global Training and Mobilization with Kidzana Ministries. By 2020 she had taken 83 global training trips to train children’s workers around the world. Her passion for the Lord and children is easily seen and felt by anyone who attends her training seminars. Kimberle and her husband have six children.
