Course Description
We are all on a leadership journey as we navigate ministry work in an ever-changing world. We often begin by having the opinion that leaders are those who always have the right answers and are leading from the front. In this course, we approach three seasons of any leadership journey. Through this course, Jacques van Bommel will guide you on how to lead under submission, how to build your organization’s habits, values and culture, and ultimately on what God values the most – people.

Jacques is the founding CEO of Reaching a Generation, an organization that creates strategy and resources to mobilize churches to conduct city-wide outreaches, with follow-up discipleship to children and youth. Jacques specializes in leadership development. He is a family man, professional hunter, private pilot, and a businessman, using business as an avenue to support mission.
